Jumping Jacks ABC currently provide fun, music, movement & active play sessions in the North West of England and we are currently expanding throughout the UK. Our sessions are structured for parents/carers with children aged 3 months to 7 years, schools, nurseries and other organisations.
Jumping Jacks Academy for Babies & Children (JJABC) has an excellent reputation for providing outstanding, fitness based activities for parents, carers and their children. Our sessions are a combination of music, movement & active play with our own unique twist and a very popular 'Voice-a-cise(TM)' program that has been introduced to support the ECAT project. Our popular sessions are simply 'Exercise disguised as fun(TM)'. But it is not just the exercise that is disguised in our sessions! Our 'Edutainment(TM)' sessions are based upon all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for learning and there is a lot more to our sessions than meets the eye. The hidden lessons within our well researched, well structured sessions will benefit all babies, children, parents & carers in ways that you would not believe! The main focus of JJABC sessions is always the fun factor with the added bonus of promoting a healthy lifestyle, but not just in body, also in mind! JJABC sessions are also inclusive to all abilities and there are lots of different options and adaptability included within our cleverly designed sessions to ensure that everyone will benefit from coming to our sessions in a way that suits them. JJABC have a wide range of fully qualified and CRB checked staff including; Early Years Professionals, Personal Fitness Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Multi Sports Coaches, Fitness Instructors, just to name a few!
We currently provide sessions for a number of Sure Start Children's Centre's, Nursery's and Schools. We have also instructed activities for the Primary Care Trust & Youth Sports Trust. We also provide activities at small and large events for Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Council, Sefton Park Palm House and a large number of housing associations.
